Wikipedia: Gaia is the personification of the Earth and one of the Greek primordial deities. Gaia is the ancestral mother—sometimes parthenogenic—of all life. 

The subject formed by micro crystal naturally on the microscope glass slide. That looks like a “Globe” or “Planet Earth” with a “Nipple”.

The photomicrograph was taken using a transmitted light microscopy (4X objective Lens) and digital camera.
