Helen in Leda’s Egg

Wikipedia: In the form of a swan, Zeus was chased by an eagle, and sought refuge with Leda. The swan gained her affection, and the two mated. Leda then produced an egg, from which Helen emerged. 

The photomicrograph was taken using a transmitted light microscopy (4X objective Lens) and digital camera. The subject formed by micro crystal naturally on the microscope glass slide.
