Wikipedia: Noah's Ark is the ship in the Genesis flood narrative through which God spares Noah, his family, and examples of all the world's animals from a global deluge. Believers in the Ark continue to search for it, but no scientific evidence that the Ark existed has ever been found. The Tower of Babel narrative in Genesis is an origin myth and parable meant to explain why the world's peoples speak different languages.
